Dog Day Afternoon

Well ...the day started alright at least i thought so ...yesterday i had someone check my oil and they decided to add the litre of oil the car needed...guess what they forgot to put the CAAAPP back on and so i drove my son to school and started to smell gas or oil or something like it after dropping him off...well i drove another kilometer to Tim's to get my morning coffee and by then the car was squealing like a deliverance Pig ...I immediately drove the car to the Shop where i get it fixed and when they opened the hood oil was everywhere and the oil cap was still sitting on the engine like it had nothing better to do ..So the engine had to be degreased and dryed off what a Mess ...anyways i left and about a kilometer up the road the battery lite came on and the Wipers started to go into slow motion I knew sure as crapp on a dog the alternator was damaged ..i got thru the day only because i didn't drive far inbetween stores i had to visit ...AT 4pm as i was driving home the car decided it had enough and came to a STOP at a red lite oh how convient and it was rush hour so i had cars honking and people cursing my car ...I called a tow truck to rescue us and 2 hours later i got my sorry ass back home in Markham and the car sits at the garage where it all started till tomorrow morning to have a new alternator replacement ...so much for christmas shopping this weekend ...I hope the kids will love the shiny new alternator i am buying us...Peace and out ...Vi
